By submitting your resume and/or registering in the database of Innoview Kft., you give your consent to Innoview Kft. (H-1134 Budapest, Váci út 45. (hereinafter: “Data Controller”) with regard to processing your data for the purposes of informing you of the job opportunities that are most suitable based on your qualifications and interests, arranging appointment times, as well as carrying out the selection process concerning job offers. Innoview Kft. is entitled to manage and process the data. In accordance with Act LXIII of 1992 on the Protection of Personal Data and Act CXII of 2011 on Informational Self-Determination and Freedom of Information, we ensure confidentiality with regard to your resume, its entire contents and your personal information, and we do not disclose information to a third party without your knowledge and consent.
DECLARATION OF CONSENT CONCERNING REQUESTING, ACQUISITION, HANDLING, STORAGE AND TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA TO THIRD PARTIES
Innoview Kft. declares that our company shall process the data acquired through our service in accordance with all applicable laws, in particular Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (of 27 April 2016) on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC, (General Data Protection Regulation or “GDPR”) as well as the provisions of Act CXII of 2011 on Informational Self-Determination and Freedom of Information. Innoview Kft. further declares that our company shall respect the personal and confidential information of the visitors and registered users of the website operated by us. All data and facts that our company become aware of shall be treated confidentially, and they shall be utilised solely for the purpose of operation of our services (in particular manpower agency services, recruitment and selection of qualified, highly specialised workforce sought by our clients, notification about job opportunities), improvement of our services (increasing the efficiency of recruitment and selection processes), for own research or statistics, and for delivering marketing newsletters. Innoview Kft. shall disclose personal data to a third party only with the express consent of the data subject. If disclosing of data is officially requested by an authority, Innoview Kft. is required to provide and release personal data if all relevant conditions are met. Innoview Kft. declares that they shall use and forward personal data solely for the purposes described above as well as handle, store and process personal data in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations.
Innoview Kft. shall take all necessary measures to ensure safe data processing without damage as well as the establishment and operation of data processing systems required for this purpose. Data Controller shall ensure that no unauthorised person may access, disclose, transmit, modify or delete the data processed. Data Controller shall do its utmost to ensure that data is not accidentally damaged or destroyed. Data Controller also requires employees involved in the data processing activities to observe the above obligation.
I declare that I am fully aware of the activities of Innoview Kft. (H-1134 Budapest, Váci út 45, C building, 7th floor; company registration number: 01-09-960131; data protection registration number: NAIH-69826 (hereinafter: Data Controller)), which activities are manpower agency services, recruitment of workforce, surveying of workforce requirements and outsourcing of workforce. I declare that I have voluntarily provided my personal information necessary for employment (including all resume details) to Data Controller, in order for Data Controller to find and offer job opportunities to me or to provide outsourcing to a partner company, by visiting websites operated by Data Controller or during cooperation with Data Controller (database registration, personal and telephone interviews). For this reason, by way of acceptance of this declaration, I confirm that I expressly and voluntarily agree that, for the purposes determined above (current or future employment in a position suitable for my qualifications), Data Controller may request/acquire, process, store, systematise my personal data for the duration and in the manner necessary for achievement of these purposes (or if a longer duration, then for the duration specified by applicable law), and, in this regard, profile my personal data for the purposes of providing manpower agency services successfully, as well as transfer my personal data to their partner company, and store my personal data in their own database for the purpose of providing me with future job opportunities. I acknowledge that Data Controller also provides their services to businesses outside the European Economic Area, therefore I expressly consent to the transfer of my personal data to Data Controller’s partners outside the European Economic Area as well, for the above purposes.

What is the provision of personal data based on?
The provision of personal data is based on the voluntary consent of the data subject, as the data controller will not be able to provide manpower agency services to the data subject without the provision of such data, that is, the data subject must provide his or her personal data in order to use the services offered by the data controller. Failure to disclose personal information may lead to ineffectiveness of these services.
Solely automated data processing
Decisions based solely on automated data processing do not apply to the data subject, however, profiling by human intervention is performed at the data controller’s facilities, given that it is necessary to organise the information provided by the data subject in order to find a suitable position for him or her, which organising is performed based on the data subject’s work experience and qualifications with a subsequent assigning of open positions and job opportunities. Profiling enables the data controller to offer the most suitable job opportunities for the data subject’s abilities, qualifications and work experience.
Miscellaneous
If the data controller intends to further process personal data for purposes other than the purpose for which they were collected, the data controller must inform the data subject of this different purpose and any relevant additional information referred to in Article 13, Paragraph (2) of the GDPR prior to further processing.
