General Terms and Conditions

These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: GTC or General Terms and Conditions) contain the terms and conditions of use of the service(s) available at the website www.innoview.hu (hereinafter: Website), which terms and conditions shall apply to the person (hereinafter: User) using these service(s). The Services shall be provided by Innoview Kft. (hereinafter: Innoview) following the conclusion of individual contracts pursuant to the provisions of the GTC. These General Terms and Conditions shall govern all contracts concluded within its scope, and shall constitute an inherent part of these contracts, unless otherwise expressly stated in the individual contracts.

By using the Website, the content of these GTC, including the content of the documents referred to in the GTC, shall be deemed to be read and acknowledged by User and shall be binding upon the parties.

Regarding the processing of User’s personal data, the Privacy Statement provides the relevant conditions, which document is available under the menu item for Registration in the Careers section, or through the link to the Privacy Policy and Privacy Statement.

By using the services available on the Website, User expressly acknowledges that

  • Innoview has provided adequate information on the availability of this Privacy Policy document; and
  • that User has read and understood the Privacy Policy before using the services available on the Website.

By using the services available on the Website, User expressly consents to the processing of his or her personal data processed on the basis of consent in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

The technical information required for the use of the Website, which information is not contained in these GTC, is available on the Website.

The language of the contract is Hungarian.

The contract shall not be considered a written contract and shall not be filed by Innoview, so it will not be accessible and viewable subsequently.

  1. Terms of service:
    1. Liability

User shall use the Website solely at his or her own risk and acknowledges that Innoview shall not be liable for any material or non-material damage resulting from use other than for deliberately caused damage to human life, bodily integrity or health by breach of contract.

Innoview shall not be liable for the conduct of the Website’s users. User shall be responsible for ensuring that his or her use of the Website does not directly or indirectly violate the rights of third parties or the law. User shall solely and exclusively be responsible for his or her own conduct, in which case Innoview shall fully cooperate with the acting authorities to investigate infringements.

Innoview is entitled, but not obliged, to look for any sign of illegal activity regarding content that Users may make accessible while using the Website.

The pages of the service may contain links that lead to the pages of other service providers. Innoview shall not be responsible for the privacy practices or other activities of these providers.

In light of the global nature of the Internet, User agrees to be bound by the applicable international legislation when using the Website. If any activity related to the use of the Website is permitted under the law of the state or country of User, User shall be solely responsible for such use.

If User discovers any objectionable content on the Website, he or she shall immediately inform Innoview. If Innoview, in good faith, finds the notification of the issue reasonable, Innoview is entitled to immediately delete or modify the information.

The agreement between Innoview and User under these GTC shall be terminated if User requests the cancellation of his or her registration (at the e-mail address given above or by postal mail) or if Innoview cancels User’s registration.

    1. Copyrights

The entire Website, its graphic elements, texts and technical solutions, as well as the elements of the Service are protected by copyright or other intellectual property rights (including in particular trademark protection). Innoview is the copyright holder or authorised user of all content displayed on the Website or through the provision of the services on the Website: any copyrighted works or other intellectual works (including any graphic or other materials, layout and editing of the Website, software and other solutions, ideas, implementations).

The contents of the Website and portions of it shall only be saved or printed on a physical or other medium for private use after obtaining a written permission from Innoview.

Beyond the rights expressly defined in these GTC, the registration, the use of the Website and any provision of the GTC shall not grant User the right to use or utilise any trade names or trademarks appearing on the Website. These intellectual works shall not be used or utilised in any manner without the prior written permission of Innoview, other than for the purpose of temporary replication necessary to display the Website for its intended purpose or private copying.

Innoview reserves all rights to all elements of the service, in particular the www.innoview.hu domain name, its subdomains, other subdomains reserved by Innoview, their subpages, and the company’s Internet advertising space. Any activity that attempts to list, systematise, archive, hack or disassemble the Innoview database is prohibited, unless Innoview has given express permission in advance to do so.

It is prohibited to modify, copy, add to, or overwrite the data in the Innoview database via bypassing the interface provided by Innoview or search engines without a separate agreement or use of a service provided for this purpose.By using the Service, User agrees that Innoview may utilise data uploaded by User during the use of the Service, at any time, at any place, without any further restrictions and without paying a separate fee, provided that such activities are in line with Privacy Policy and Privacy Statement.

  1. Service provided on the Website:
    1. Registration

A significant portion of the content of the Website – such as job advertisements made available on the Website (hereinafter: “Job Advertisement”) – are accessible to all Users without registration. However, some services, such as applying through the Website, are subject to registration. 

User may register in one of the following ways:

Registration on the Website

Registration on the Website is carried out through the registration page on the Website. User may register for the Website after entering his or her e-mail address, name, telephone number and uploading a resume

  1. on the page of a specific job advertisement of User’s choice,
  2. for a general registration process, User may use the “Application Form” after clicking on the “Registration” submenu of the “Careers” menu item.

User has the option to upload his or her prepared resume through the Website in one of the following file formats: .doc, .docx, .pdf, .rtf or .odt .

In order to register, User must also agree to these GTC by Innoview and to the Privacy Policy and Privacy Statement

Innoview shall inform User by e-mail about the successful registration and the receipt of the application for a job advertisement.

    1. Services available on the Website

Browse Job Advertisements
Registration is not required for browsing Job Advertisements published on the Website, User may do so at any time free of charge.

Under the menu item “basic information”, User has the option to upload his or her prepared resume through the Website in one of the following file formats: .doc, .docx, .pdf, .rtf or .odt .

  1. Options for legal remedy
    1. Place, time and manner of complaint handling

User may submit consumer complaints regarding Innoview’s activities by using the following contact details:

Innoview shall promptly resolve any verbal complaints received, provided there is an opportunity to do so. In case of an oral complaint, if prompt remedy is

  • not possible due to the nature of the complaint,
  • or User disagrees with how the complaint was handled,

then Innoview shall keep a record of the complaint to be retained for 5 years, along with the company’s substantive response to the complaint.

In the event of an oral complaint submitted in person, Innoview shall provide a copy of the report to User on the spot (at the office), however, if this is not a viable option, Innoview is obliged to follow the provisions for written complaints as set out below.

In the event of an oral complaint provided via telephone or by other electronic means, Innoview shall provide User with a copy of the report along with the substantive reply at the latest.

In all other cases, Innoview shall follow the provisions governing written complaints.

Upon receipt of a complaint by telephone or other means of communication, the complaint shall be assigned a unique identifier, to make retrieval of the complaint easier later.

Innoview shall respond to the written complaint within 30 days of receipt of it. Under this contract, this measure amounts to the use of postal mail.

If the complaint is rejected, Innoview shall inform User of the reason for the rejection.

    1. Other legal remedies

In the event that any consumer dispute that may exist between Innoview and User is not resolved during negotiations with each other, User shall have additional legal remedies available:

Concerning the regulation applying to Arbitration Board of Budapest, the following are considered consumers: non-governmental organisations (in accordance with the respective legislation), churches, commonholds, housing associations, micro-businesses, small businesses and medium-sized businesses purchasing, ordering, receiving, using, utilising goods, or is the recipient of communication related to the goods.

  1. Unilateral amendment of the General Terms and Conditions

Innoview has the right to unilaterally amend these General Terms and Conditions by notifying Users of this fact on the Website. With the amended provisions entering into force, they become valid with regard to User upon the first time of using the Website. The amended provisions shall apply to all services used after the amendment has come into effect.
