Responsibilites:

  • Providing software management and maintenance service
  • Providing Level 3 Support
  • Deployment of software patches
  • Building and deploying OS images (image management)
  • Troubleshooting

Requirements:

  • SCCM 2007/SCCM 2012 knowledge
  • Strong general server and network management knowledge
  • SQL query language knowledge
  • Vbscript or powershell knowledge
  • Proactive attitude, researcher, problem solver personality
  • At least intermediate level of English language, both verbal and written
  • Strong German language knowledge

Additional useful skills:

  • Image management knowledge (SCCM or MDT)
  • SC Orchestrator for automation
  • SC Operations Manager for monitoring
  • Office 365
  • Azure cloud
  • Adaptiva
  • Intune
