Job Description

If you have strong understanding of Robotic Process Automation with at least 2-3 years of experience including Shared Technology Infrastructure, Process Automation with exposure to robotic automation risk & control, then we have a great offer for you!

You will be responsible for the following

  • Working with respective Product / Function and Regional BCM and Technology Teams to identify:
    • Key projects to be reviewed with focus on emerging technologies that impact our IT and Business recovery and testing strategies
    • Targeted Franchise Critical Applications & Processes required for review
  • Create, enhance and maintain assessment criteria for key technologies including:
    • Robotics
    • Cloud
    • Fintech
  • Develop and maintain the assessment schedule
  • Develop program level metrics and escalate risks associated with identified gaps and delays in corrective action
  • Develop, pilot and implement continuous improvements to the Robotics Process Automation Risk & Control Program

  • Minimum of 5 – 7 years technology with actual experience in managing application development, infrastructure platforms, architecture / network design, database management
  • Bachelor’s Degree required or equivalent work experience
  • Actual Robotic Process Automation experienc is a must
  • Control or Risk Management Frameworks related to disaster recovery, and vendor, change and capacity management good to have
  • Experience in managing global or cross-business projects in a matrix organizational structure is required

  • Ability to deliver results with strong execution skills in a multi-tasking mode
  • Excellent communication, verbal, written, executive presence and interface skills
  • Strong analytical, strategic and problem solving skills 
  • Ability to manage a team of technical professionals
  • Strong English knowledge
  • Banking or Financial industry background is an advantage
  • Audit / Control or Technical Consulting experience
  • Ability to influence change a
  • Track record of managing work to achieve milestones on time and within budget
  • Demonstrated ability to operate independently, set own priorities, and manage staff and multiple concurrent work streams
