Business Analyst with Core Banking Systems experience
We are hiring for Business analyst with minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in bank accounting.
What will you do?
- Mapping, documenting, optimizing or designing business processes
- Understanding, gathering, consolidating, analyzing and documenting business requirements
- Present suggestions on requirements and liaise with all involved parties
- Designing and specifying solutions based on requirements
- Preparation of decision making materials, business case to support solution alternatives
- Defining test cases, participate in testing
- Support in relevant application user guide and training material preparation
What will you need?
- BA/BS degree in Technology, Engineering, Science or Economics
- 3+ years of relevant professional experience in bank accounting
- Experience in business process analysis and design, requirements gathering, specifying IT solutions to satisfy business requirements
- Good knowledge of key business processes and systems of the financial services sector
- Experience with use case development
- IBM AS/400
- Teamplayer and also able to work independently
- Good organization and coordination skills
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Effective communication in English
- Experience with process documentation or management tools
- Lean/6Sigma certified is an advantage
