System Engineer (Freight Rail Automation)

In this position, your main tasks will be:

• Requirements Engineering (RAMS – Reliability, Availability, Maintainablity, Safety)

• Product Line Domain Engineering (focusing on System Definition & Design)

• Actively taking part in supplier as development partner selection

• Qualification and follow-up of developments and deliveries

• Specification of sub-systems, driving make- or-buy decisions for sub-systems and components

• Verification of development outputs in all development phases

Qualifications

What will you need?

• Master's degree in Software/Electrical Engineering (or any related field)
• Minimum 4+ years experience in System Engineering (preferred: railway/automotive sector)
• Strong knowledge of SW and HW development processes and knowledge of model based engineering
• Strong communication skills (both in Hungarian and in English)
• Solution oriented attitude 
• Experience in international team work
• Willingness to travel
