Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assessment and blueprinting of enhancements and projects in order to provide solutions to meet or exceed business value propositions and architectural policies
  • Effective delivery of all functional SAP Project Execution activity within the guidelines of the Project Management Framework (PMF)
  • On time delivery and cost effectiveness of functional aspects Enhancement and Project assessment requests and blueprinting
  • Accountability and management for the achievement of all SLAs
  • Support delivery of incident/break/fix and production processes
  • Manage the various external and internal vendors to deliver Change Requests within established SLA’s
  • Collaborate with other SAP Functional Leads
  • Prepare functional specifications for enhancements and conversions
  • Coordinate with Power/Super Users in resolving issues that arises during user training
  • Work closely with the architecture and developing teams
  • Manage the relationship with internal business partners
  • Help in the management of Root Cause Analysis for service delivery issues
  • Actively participate in Post-Mortem Reviews and Major Incident Management (MIM) calls
  • Mentor other Systems Analysts within the regions
  • Support user training where appropriate

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in one of the followings: Computer Science, Business Management, Project Management, Management Information Systems or equivalent work experience acceptable.
  • At least 5-7 years of SAP Project Execution/ management experience
  • Experience in S4HANA implementation
  • Experience in Agile DevOps
  • Advanced English knowledge (written and spoken)
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills to interact professionally with a diverse group of people including: executives, managers, subject matter professionals
  • Strong negotiation/persuasion and analytical skills
  • Ability to set expectations, explain and champion detailed technical concepts to peers, management and business partners
  • Demonstrated experience with project management/delivery / ITIL in a regulated environment
