Job Description

We are looking for a procurement analyst to join our client's team. 

You’ll have these responsibilities:

  • Reliable and timely handling of procurement processes
  • Initiating and securing the development of data and data sources that can be used to create new insights for value enhancements 
  • Monitoring and controlling daily & monthly activities and outcomes with specific process focus according to the company's procedures
  • Ensuring that proper internal control procedures are followed in line with the company's policies and generally accepted procurement procedures
  • Indentifying procedural inefficiences, negotiating ad-hoc solutions
  • Delivering suggestions for procedural changes
  • Providing your Superior with regular and ad hoc information, reports and analyses on all issues of the procurment process
  • Preparing and securing high quality reports on: Key Performance Indicators, internal proedures and/or departmental objectives
  • Maintaining contact with both internal and external parties

Qualifications

To join the team you will need: 

  • College degree (or similar) with preferably focus on Procurement or similar relevant experience
  • 3-5 years relevant experience
  • Fluent English in writing and verbally
  • Knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Applications
  • SAP Ariba
