Job Description
Do you have work experience with capital markets products and would like to get in-depth understanding of pricing and price verification approaches for various derivative products? We have a great opportunity for junior and senior candidates as well 🙂
You will be responsible for:
- Performing valuation control processes for one or multiple businesses, including independent price verification, Valuation Adjustment calculations/reviews, Fair Value Levelling, as well as reporting and analysis
- Actively participating in strategic projects aimed at enhancing valuation control infrastructure
- Addressing valuation issues across a wide range of fixed income capital market products
- Designing and implementing valuation adjustments and price testing methodologies
- Identifying pricing issues that may require special attention with a critical analysis of the risks involved
Qualifications
Your ideal background:
- University or College degree (economics, finance, mathematics, or a similar relevant discipline)
- At least 2 years’ professional experience in a relevant field of Finance
- Knowledge of and experience with capital markets products (at least one of the following: Equities, Bonds, Commodities, FX, Options, Swaps, Futures, Forwards)
- Ability to interpret and analyse large-volume and complex information
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills across functions and levels
- Attention to detail and control-focused mindset
- Critical thinking
- Strong process improvement capabilities
- Proactive attitude
- Good prioritization and time management skills
- Fluency in English
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Access, VBA, SQL, or Python is a plus
