What you’ll do:

  • Assist global clients with card usage, disputes, and fraud questions via phone and email
  • Contact members to verify transactions that may possibly be fraud per the Risk Alerts received from card processor
  • Observing various customer bankcard transactions to flag or identify suspicious activity
  • Process fraud disputes
  • Research existing fraud trends by analysing transaction patterns
  • Recommend anti-fraud processes for changing transaction patterns and trends

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field is preferred.
  • 3+ years’ experience in fraud investigation, prevention or risk management
  • Knowledge of card management processes
  • Knowledge of fraud schemes
  • Excellent verbal and written English and Hungarian skills
