Job Description

We are looking for our new senior candidate to conduct quality assurance reviews of technology recovery artifacts with the aim of identifying both potential recovery risks and non-compliance with Continuity of Business Policy and Standards.

What will you do?

  • Lead and conduct standardized quality reviews on application and technology recovery plans and conduct interviews as needed with technology application managers to:
    • understand the applications, technology platforms, and recovery plans
    • determine completeness of the recovery plans
    • evaluate the adequacy of the test documentation
  • Lead a 2 members team
  • Work with Business Continuity Sector and Regional Leads to ensure risks are appropriately mitigated and addressed
  • Perform routine updates on monthly operations reports, project plans, status and issues / risks
  • Establish / improve operational processes
  • Participate on special projects as assigned
  • Monitor identified server configuration and potential capacity issues


Our ideal candidate:

  • Will possess a strong background in Technology
  • Has strong background in Continuity of Business and minimum 1 year experience in IT Audit or Risk Management
  • Has excellent written and verbal communication, organization and facilitation skills
  • Possess strong analytical, strategic and problem solving skills with excellent follow-up and strong attention to detail
  • Is an experienced leader
  • Is able to operate independently, set own priorities, and manage staff and multiple concurrent work streams
  • Owns Bachelor’s Degree or has equivalent work experience
