Job Description

We are hiring for Business analyst with minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in bank accounting.

What will you do?

  • Mapping, documenting, optimizing or designing business processes
  • Understanding, gathering, consolidating, analyzing and documenting business requirements
  • Present suggestions on requirements and liaise with all involved parties
  • Designing and specifying solutions based on requirements
  • Preparation of decision making materials, business case to support solution alternatives
  • Defining test cases, participate in testing
  • Support in relevant application user guide and training material preparation


What will you need?

  • BA/BS degree in Technology, Engineering, Science or Economics
  • 3+ years of relevant professional experience in bank accounting
  • Experience in business process analysis and design, requirements gathering, specifying IT solutions to satisfy business requirements
  • Good knowledge of key business processes and systems of the financial services sector
  • Experience with use case development
  • IBM AS/400
  • Equation


  • Teamplayer and also able to work independently
  • Good organization and coordination skills
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Effective communication in English
