Job Description

Main tasks of Application Support team:

  • 1st and 2nd line functional support 
  • Report generation in Qlikview
  • Access management
  • System Interface management


  • Maintenance of Robotic Operations Center
  • Support and maintenance of Document flow management systems
  • Automation of IT background processes
  • Maintenance of local Application and Database servers
  • Contact with other Software Operators within the companies
  • Interface management
  • Change and Incident management
  • Create specifications, preparation of documentation,


  • College/University degree with a focus on ICT (Information Communication Technologies)
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience
  • Intermediate English in writing and verbally
  • MS Windows 2008 Server, MS SQL 2012 server operating skills
  • Microsoft Power Shell and Command Shell scripts
  • VBScripts
  • IP network knowledge
