Job Description
Join our clients’ Application Support Team as an Application Support Specialist.
You will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Support of Cloud based system providers (like SAP Ariba, Adobe, MySpend, Spotfire, Therefore etc)
- Maintenance and development of SharePoint site, Canon Therefore eForms and Flows
- Access management
- System Interface management
- Change and Incident management
- Creation of specifications, preparation of documentation
- Report generation in Qlikview and Spotfire
Qualifications
To join the team you will need:
- School leaving certificate or College/University degree with a focus on ICT (Information Communication Technologies)
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Intermediate English in writing and verbally
- MS Windows 2008 and 2012 Server,
- Microsoft Power Shell, Command Shell scripts, VBScripts
- IP network and FTP server infrastructure knowledge
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Applications
- VBScripts
- SAP Ariba administration knowledge is an advantage
